This page explains what Whitehall Country Club ("the club", "we") does with the personal details you give us through this website. Last updated September 7, 2026.

What we collect

When you send one of our forms (contact, tee time request, membership application or event enquiry) we receive the details you type: your name, email address, phone number and your message. We do not ask for card details on this website.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (the pages requested, the time, your IP address and browser type). These help us keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and to arrange what you asked for (a tee time, a visit, an event).
• To process a membership application.
• To keep the website secure and to stop automated abuse of our forms.

We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.

Where it goes

Form messages are sent by email to the club's mailbox and kept in the club's records for as long as we need them to deal with your request. The website is hosted by Hostinger. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google when a page loads.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use tracking cookies. It stores one setting in your browser: whether you prefer the light or the dark theme. You can clear it in your browser at any time.
